CANCELLATION POLICY:

• On selected events refunds are available for cancellations received via email no less than 24h prior event start

• Full moon event cancellation refund available for notice no less than 24h prior event

• Final payment amount of bookings for on invoice for private events is based on number on attendees for confirmed 24h or more prior event. If number of attendees changes less than 24h prior event, number of attendees stated 24h or more prior event is charged on final invoice

• By Booking any services and making payments to Vibransè llc, client agrees to terms and conditions

• For cancellations that apply, final amount of refund has deducted payment processing fee

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any Attendees order and should it do so its sole liability shall be to refund money paid by that Attendees. In no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for any loss (including consequential loss) or damage suffered by the Attendees resulting from such cancellation howsoever the same may be caused.

• If the Event is canceled for any reason by the Organizer, payments received from the Attendees will be repaid in full. Should the Event be canceled, postponed, change the Venue or adversely affected by any cause out of control of the Organizer including but not limited to pandemic outbreak, war, fire, national emergency, labor dispute, strike, lockout, civil disturbance, the Organizer shall be under no obligation to refund all or part of the sums paid by the Attendees in respect of its participation in the Event and shall be under no liability to the Attendees or any other person in respect of any actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses (including consequential losses) costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by Attendees as the result thereof.

• If the Event is canceled due the inclement weather that had no back up location available, paid amount minus processing fee will be refunded back to original type of payment

• Deposit is necessary for private events, sessions and classes

• If private event, session, class is canceled from person who inquired event, following rules apply to refund of deposit

• Event canceled by organizer more than 60 prior date of event, full refund of deposit is refunded

• Event canceled by organizer between 59 - 31 days prior date of event, 50% of deposit is refunded

• Event canceled by organizer 30 and less days prior date of event, no refund applies.

RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS:

• Due limited space, gifts that are handed out to participants and overall preparation of space attendees have to book event minimum 3 hours prior start time via website

• If potential attendees arrive without online booking, space is not guaranteed and so they won't be able to attend.

• Private events inquiries need to be submitted via email

• Private event Desired time/date will be confirmed via email communication

• When booking private ceremony final count of attendees needs to be confirmed 24h prior event.

 

GIFT CARDS:

Gifts cards expiration date is 3 months from purchasing. Gift card can be purchased for 1 person or 2 people.

CHECK-IN:

Events: Please time and anticipate traffic to the best of your ability. Recommended is arrival 10 minutes early. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a team member.

PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDELINES:

• Vibransè llc retains full rights to all visual content and media created during the event

• All visual content and media created during this event are not to be used for any type of profit, sales or advertising unless written consent by Vibransè llc, Andrea Mihalik-Brown.

• All visual content and media created during this event are only to be used in non-profit promotion on digital Social Media platforms

• All visual content and media created during this event must visibly acknowledge, tag and credit Vibransè, Andrea Mihalik across all social platforms, blogs, websites, press and publications

• Vibransè and Andrea Mihalik may use any and all visual content and media created during this event or their own promotional usage on all Social Media platforms

• By booking and attending this event you agree to be photographed, if there are any concerns they need to be expressed prior event so arrangements can be made

BEACH EVENTS | FULL MOON CEREMONY:

Some events like Full Moon on the beach offer an optional walk to the shoreline where some attendees choose to get into the water; doing so is purely at your own risk. There will be no lifeguard on duty.

RETREAT:

All retreats organized by Andrea Mihalik, VIbransè llc require deposit to book.

Non refundable deposit amount is $300. Payment plans are available upon inquiry. All attendees need to agree to terms and conditions to attended the retreat. By paying deposit attendee agrees to pay full amount of booking in one or multiple payments latest 5 days prior the start of the retreat.

 

Cancellation more than 60 days prior retreat, guest receives 75% refund of paid amount minus the non refundable deposit. Cancellation less than 60 days more than 31 days prior retreat, guest receives 50% refund of paid amount minus the non refundable deposit. Cancellation less than 31 days prior retreat, no refund is applied.

Liability waiver will be provided and needs to be signed before start of the retreat.

In conclusion, this paragraph shall serve as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue, by which  you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibransè LLC, its affiliates, and Andrea Mihalik-Brown, Ryan Hawell.
