A curated adventure holiday to reconnect us to our mother Earth and her special elemental nature. We have chosen El Salvador, and Mizata specifically, for her rawness, her wildness and her beauty.
Put the phone down, take off your shoes and let the distractions of your everyday life subside while you equalize, energize and take a moment to feel freedom again.
Created for driven, adventurous and open hearted humans navigating the ups and downs of life, this 5-day immersion strips life back to its essentials: breath, movement, sound, sweat, stillness, and nature.

Unique Accomodations
Set in the jungle, on a pristine volcanic beach, you will sleep to the sounds of the waves rolling onto shore and wake to the sound of birds praising the sun. Choose from a selection of Tree Houses or Bungalows to rest your body and enjoy the tranquility of this vortex. Comfort meets nature on this retreat.
Special Moments
It’s not often you get to sit on a wild beach and enjoy a bonfire. We have curated a number of special moments throughout this adventure of the soul, so expect to make memories you will treasure for a long time to come. Think hiking, waterfalls, surfing, horse back riding, yoga and breathwork.
Traditional Ceremony
El Salvador is steeped in Mayan culture and tradition. The Temezcal is one of those cleansing ceremonies that needs to be experienced at least once in your lifetime. Andrea is a certified yoga instructor, sound meditation guide, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapist who creates transformative experiences. Her gentle yet powerful approach helps participants find balance, release tension, and connect deeply with themselves and others.
Ryan is a breathwork facilitator and motivational coach with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Known for his dynamic energy and inspiring guidance, Ryan helps participants unlock their potential, find clarity, and embrace growth.

What is included?
Your 6 day / 5 night stay at MIZATA, 2 x daily meals, transportation from and to the airport, scheduled group excursions waterfall hike, trip to El Tunc0 town, Temazcal Ceremony, transportation to excursions with a group, 2 x workshops, yoga, breathwork, dance party, beach bonfire, horse back riding, sauna, cold plunge, jungle gym
What is NOT included?
Airfair to El Salvador, additional wellness services like massages, transportation for additional trips to town outside of schedule, extra meal & beverages in the restaurant.
Booking flights
Retreat is scheduled from Tue - Sun so you can easily extend your trip weekend before and after the retreat to explore beauty of El Salvador with new and old friends.
How to book my spot?
Fill up the sign up form with all necessary information to receive your welcome email. After, you will receive a booking confirmation email with $650 deposit / payment information link. Schedule a video call so we can answer questions and feel into each others energy. It's official, we going on an epic vacay together!
Are all rooms shared?
You have an option to book shared room or private room until space last. First come first served.

What is the wellness part of the retreat?
Every day will start with a wellness ritual. We will do yoga, dancing, breathwork, sound healing, somatic practices, workshops, meditation and more.. Mizata has also sauna and jungle gym available during our stay.
What other activities are involved?
Our schedule includes hike to waterfall and Temazcal traditional sweat lodge guided by local shaman. In your free time you can book surfing classes or rent a board, you can go horse back riding, enjoy relaxing day in sauna, hang out by the pool or by the beach on a cozy sunbeds.
Can I do payment plan?
To book your spot $650 deposit is required. After the deposit, you choose Pay In Full or Payment plan. Payment plan will communicated via email with dates and link. Full amount needs to be submitted latest 14 days prior the retreat.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your trip following terms apply:
Cancellation more than 60 days prior retreat, guest receives 100% refund of paid amount excluding the non refundable $650 deposit. Cancellation less than 60 days more than 31 days prior the retreat, guest receives 50% refund of paid amount excluding the non refundable $500 deposit. Cancellation less than 31 days prior the retreat, no refund is applied. You are able to transfer the retreat spot to another person.
