Sound healing is not new. Every culture that has ever existed has used sound ~ drums, bowls, chant, instruments to shift the state of the body and mind. What we are doing at Full Moon is exactly that, in the presence of the elements and each other.

Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs create vibrations that resonate through the body's energy system. In the meditative state, the nervous system down regulates. Emotional weight lifts. Mental noise quiets. The body does what it knows how to do when it is finally given permission to rest.
