Using Dolores Cannon's original script, you are guided into the Theta state. You remain conscious throughout. Most describe it as the most peaceful state they have ever experienced.

How you prepare directly shapes what becomes possible.

Your Question List
Compile your most important questions before we meet, including physical, emotional, spiritual, directional. This preparation alone can begin to move things.

Sobriety
Avoid alcohol, cannabis, and recreational substances for at least 48 hours prior. These interfere with accessing your feelings which is exactly where we are going.

Rest & Hydration
Be well-rested and drink plenty of water. Hypnosis is not sleep. It requires active, present awareness. A clear mind goes far deeper.

Comfort
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Clear your entire session day. Allow space before and after for integration. This is sacred time.
