The Spirit Babies Meditation Circle is an opportunity to explore the energetic and intuitive connection between you and your future baby. Guided meditation, visualization, and sound will support you in tuning into the subtle realm where Spirit Baby communication often begins. This offering is inspired by both the practices shared in the book Spirit Babies and my own experience connecting with my son Rā before he arrived Earth-side. ✨We all walk different paths into motherhood. Some women are still feeling into whether they want children. Some are calling in a baby soon. Some are navigating challenges with conception — challenges that often create pressure, fear, and a feeling of needing to “perform” mentally, emotionally, or biologically. ✨This gathering is meant to soften all of that. This is not a space of pressure. Instead, this circle is an invitation — an invitation to explore the spiritual and energetic bond that may already exist, an invitation to awaken your own intuitive knowing, an invitation to feel supported, connected, and understood. I am not a medium who tells you which soul is waiting for you or how to remove your blockages. I am a guide — one with years of experience holding women through transformation — here to support you in accessing your own inner power of connection. My role is to help you relax, drop in, and feel safe enough to open the doorway that only you can walk through. Through meditation, visualization, a celestial crystal sound bath, and gentle rituals, we curate an energetic field that allows you to meet Spirit Baby energy in your own unique way. And when women gather, the energy amplifies. Stories remind us that we are not alone. We feel witnessed, softened, and strengthened — all at the same time. This circle is a tender, grounded, spiritually aligned space for anyone exploring the possibility of motherhood, healing their relationship with their womb, or simply curious about connecting with the Spirit Baby realm.
